Return & Exchange Policy

(Note: It is mandatory to create a video of unboxing and checking of apparel without a break so that exchange or return would be hassle free. )

We understand that sometimes a purchase may not work out as expected, so we’ve outlined our return and exchange policy below to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth as possible. 

Cancellation

“Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.”

Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 5 days of receiving your order for a refund. Please note the following guidelines for returns:

    • All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@lavender.shopping or whatsapp at +91 9319749992 with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

    • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how to return the item(s).

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding any shipping charges, within 5 days of receiving your returned item(s).

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow these steps:

    • Contact our customer service team at info@lavender.shopping within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange request.

    • Please specify the new size, color, or style you would like to exchange for.

    • Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how to return the item(s).

    • Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their eligibility for exchange, we will ship out the new item(s) to you promptly.

No Exchanges

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to:

    • Items marked as final sale.

    • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@lavender.shopping so we can resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
